Ms. Mayberry has served as an attorney and an impartial neutral since 1992. She is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators. She is listed on several panels and rosters as an arbitrator, hearing officer, fact finder, and mediator. Her practice includes grievance and interest arbitration, job classification disputes, employment mediation, expedited appeals, and independent fact finding. Sectors include federal, state, county, and municipal agencies; higher education and school districts; law enforcement agencies; national railroads; United States Postal Service; nuclear power industry; food manufacturing and delivery services; and others. Her work also includes acting as an impartial neutral in special education due process hearings.
